1.The application of vacuum brazing furnace

The vacuum brazing furnace can be used for brazing of aluminium alloy products, and stainless steel, titanium alloy, hard alloy, high temperature alloy, non-ferrous metals, it also can be used for the vacuum tempering of high-speed steel, tool and mould steel, ball bearing steels, etc., aging and annealing treatment of non-ferrous metals.

2.  The composition of vacuum brazing furnace

The furnace proper is composed of vacuum furnace proper, front and back furnace lid , heating chamber, vacuum system, inflation system, pneumatic system, water-cooling system, electrical control system ,etc.

The furnace proper is double layer cylindrical structure, inject cooling water inlayers.

The heating system includes stainless steel shell, all-metal heat screen, heater, charging platform.

Closed type cooling water circulating system

The pneumatic system supply work power for all the pneumatic valves.

The control system can realize accurate control by programmable controller.

The charging system is electric hydraulic forklift charging.

3. Furnace tank

The furnace tank is welded by 304 stainless steel material, the furnace lid and bottom both are hemispheric end socket, the front part of furnace tank is double-layer water cooling sandwich structure.
